In order to enter the house a 4 digit code will be required. The access code will be provided by the host. This code is for the exclusive use of the guests.

Your safety is our priority. Please familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and fire extinguisher locations. In case of an emergency, dial 911.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:

1. Check-In/Out Times: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Need flexibility? Let us know ahead of time, and we'll do our best to accommodate.


2. Parking:  Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the house. Avoid blocking neighbor driveways or parking on lawns. Violating local parking rules may result in fines of up to $250.


3. Quiet Hours & No Parties: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. We ask for your help in keeping the peace and being respectful of our neighbors.


4. Smoke-Free Inside: No smoking or vaping indoors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available with chairs, a table, and an ashtray. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.


5. Guests Only: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome but must leave by 10:00 PM. This helps us comply with local occupancy rules.


6. Pet Policy: We love furry guests! Max 2 pets (dogs and/or cats). Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Clean up after your pets in the yard and dispose of waste properly.


7. Damages: Accidents happen! Please report any damage right away so we can address it quickly. Emergency Contact.


8. Before You Leave:  Please wash and put away any dishes you’ve used. And make sure to gather all your belongings. Leave it like you found it—clean and cozy for the next guest!
