As we reflect on this past year, we’re filled with gratitude for your trust, your support, and the opportunity to be part of the spaces you build, renovate, and call home. 2025 brought meaningful growth for our real estate and construction teams, and we’re excited to share a few highlights with you.

This year, we completed one of our largest commercial renovation projects to date – a full transformation for a valued client that showcased our team’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex timelines while continuing to serve our residential clients with care. It was a milestone that reflected who we are at our core: committed, capable, and proud of the work we deliver.

We also formed a new partnership with a real estate investor to complete home improvement projects that enhance property value and support successful sales. From strategic upgrades to full enhancements, our team played an essential role in preparing homes to enter the market strong.

Our scope expanded even further as we added demolition projects to our offerings, giving clients the opportunity to reimagine spaces from the ground up. This work has opened the door to new possibilities and fresh starts for homes and properties throughout the region.

Our travel and mid-term rental placement services continued to grow as we connected travelers with long-term Airbnb and rental options tailored to their needs – supporting work travel, extended stays, and temporary relocations with flexibility and reliability.

And this year, our wrapped construction fleet officially hit the road. With every project and every mile, our vehicles now proudly reflect the KT|Black name and our commitment to showing up ready to serve wherever we’re needed.
